Trevor Gruby

Trevor is the Chief Technology Officer at NewDays. As CTO, he is responsible for defining and driving the company's technology strategy, focusing on leveraging AI-driven innovations. He oversees the development and delivery of NewDays’ software products and manages technical teams. He also ensures the company's technology stack is scalable and secure.

With over 25 years of experience in software development and leadership, Trevor has dedicated his career to building consumer and enterprise healthcare solutions. His journey includes co-founding Intelligent InSites alongside his orthopedic surgeon father, being a founding technology leader for Amazon Care, and leading up healthcare related Copilot initiatives for Microsoft. Most recently at Microsoft, Trevor spearheaded efforts to leverage large language models (LLMs) for transformative applications in radiology as well as AI-driven solutions to enhance care coordination and decision-making for caregivers, patients, and healthcare providers.

Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Saint John’s University, and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
